I came in with an emergency tyre change and Tanya was not only awesome enough to fit it in her customer service is amazing.The tyre was changed very quickly and at a great price. Thank you Tanya your a life saver ;)

Tried BTS for the first time and wasnt disappointed.Fast, Friendly and Helpful service from the team. Got 4 new tyres, balanced, fitted and aligned for a very reasonable price. All done in about 1hr after dropping the car off.Would recommend.

Was happy with this place a year ago when I had 4 x tyres fitted at a great price however my recent experience not so great. My steering was shuddering so I booked in for an inspection of this and was told it wasn’t the wheel balance and they weren’t sure. I had an alignment done and 2 new tyres put on the front. Well after booking it in with a mechanic they found the front wheels were excessively out of balance. Made contact with this place to let them know and they basically didn’t give a hoot. An apology would of been nice. So much for great service.

Went in for a new tube for my wheel barrow. Obviously the job was too small! So l was quoted for a new tyre and tube $130. Went elsewhere, had new tube put in. Total cost $25. Don’t believe everything they tell you!!

Awesome service and quality of work. I have been to two Tyre shops prior and always had a wobble in my wheels I just put it down to bad quality in my steel wheels (4WD) but the boys here got my Ute driving the best it has ever been since owning it and no sign Of vibration what so ever!!!

Extremely poor customer service from Linda on the front desk, couldn't even repair a simple puncture when arrived in the morning told to make an appointment ( 15 min job max )

friendly staff but when u say that it won’t be done till this arvo and then i find out i can’t afford it and go to pick it up 30 mins later and it to be done s o i have to pay for it is ridiculous
